Overview

The Messaging Assistant APP is an extension from the web platform. Users can reply to customer service messages instantly through this APP while they are away from the computer.

1. The Problem

The old version was built by embedding Webview into the APP. Not only many places did not conform to the APP design principles, but the page loading speed was too slow, causing trouble to users.

    2. Goal

    • Improve the usability problem
    • Provide a mobile application with the "messaging center" as the main function, users can reply to customer service messages ASAP.
